Finishes specified for Juhu, not a template
Juhu sits directly on the beach, which makes it one of the harshest exterior environments we work in anywhere in the city. The combination of constant salt aerosol, high humidity, and unshaded UV between the rains attacks compound walls, balcony soffits, and railings faster than almost any inland site. Bungalow compound walls here often need re-coating on a materially shorter cycle than the same wall would three kilometres inland.
Juhu's other characteristic is the bungalow stock: large private residences and low-rise buildings where the client cares about a considered, designed interior finish, not just a coat of paint. A lot of our Juhu work runs alongside an architect or interior designer, in textured plaster, lime, and metallic finishes, with on-site sample panels approved before we commit to the full wall.
What Juhu projects actually need
Beachfront exterior exposure
Direct salt aerosol and unshaded UV means compound walls, soffits, and railings need a genuinely marine-grade specification.
Designer-led decorative interiors
Venetian, lime, and metallic finishes executed to an architect's material palette, with sample panels signed off first.
Bungalow & low-rise specialism
Large private residences where surface prep, edge work, and joinery masking matter as much as the coating itself.
